Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Once processed, estimated transit times are:

Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volume.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
- Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard rate calculated at checkout.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can also track your most recent order here. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Yardly has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Multiple shipments
Orders containing several items may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you. Each shipment is tracked separately.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping fees may apply).
